Brunnenbach in Braunlage

Very nice family run hotel. The rooms are clean. We had the triple room which was very large. Bathroom is modern furnished. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast is great. Mr. Kühne looks after his guests very lovingly. Especially the homemade jams were delicious. All in all a nice stay at the hotel.

Very clean rooms, we felt very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. The Kühne family takes very good care of their guests. We would be happy to come again.

Nice hotel with great breakfast buffet. The owners are very nice and take great care of the hotel. Our room was very clean and it was cleaned and disinfected every day. Thank you for the relaxing time We'd love to come back!

The bathroom and the bed were really very dirty! We called the owner and she said just cheeky then we have to look for something else, another room is not available! Naughty and rude !!

Dirty and unfriendly !!!! When we parked in the parking lot only the unfriendly landlady came and said "Have you made a reservation?" So she said we should follow her, we got our dirty room. The toilet has definitely not been cleaned since the last visit (judging by the hair)! We then cleaned these ourselves. When I sat down on the bed, we discovered a lot of hair, both short and long. When, as the friendly housekeeper kindly pointed out, we were only told (she didn't want to look at it either) "then you have to leave again". After this friendly offer, we did it. Impossible ! When booking, she then states she has and not "accepted" Ridiculous, from above.

A very nice, small hotel in a quiet location, we were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable there, the ambience is super neat and clean! Would love to go back! ??????

Nice accommodation with very friendly service and very good restaurant

Grill buffet I can only recommend. From the side dishes to the grilled food very well done. Will soon test whether the normal Schnitzel are so good. The seats outside on the terrace are also very nice.

Food is delicious and the service very friendly

Good German food, great view and very friendly service. The interior could be a bit more modern, but the place was decorated with passion. You won't regret dining here. Especially the location directly next to a skiing hill is a good reason to choose this place.

Personally, I can not understand why people are looking for little things to nag. We felt well again, again very friendly very good food and sometimes ready for fun ... from me 5 stars

The thread is missing, the son as a cook is good, but I noticed at breakfast, the cheese had started, it did not look really fresh. The cleanliness may be even better, personally I did not feel very comfortable. Regardless, the homeowners were very nice

Seriously this hotel is so beautiful, clean and cosy that you will feel at home. Everything has been decorated with so many details that you will find your self walking slowly on the halls admiring everything around you. Rooms are also beautifuly decorated and have absolutely everything you need. This place is managed by owners who make your stay in to a perfect experience. Marc's restaurant is extremely tasty (breakfast, dinner...). The only thing bad is that it's already time to go back home. We will be back for sure! ?

Nice hosts room clean. Restaurant very good. Unfortunately only open for 3-4 hours in the evening from 6 p.m.
